Industrial Print Supplies is a subsidiary of Printer Connection, Inc.

Printer Connection, Inc. (PCI) is a small woman owned business founded and incorporated in Texas in 2001, based in Fort Worth, Texas.  PCI began primarily as an IBM / InfoPrint Business Partner, which during that partnership worked its way up to the fastest growing partner in the United States.  Since that time, PCI has grown and diversified to be at the highest Reseller/Distributor Partner status with Printronix, Tally / Dascom, Microplex, and TallyGenicom; as well as being a top tier partner with Lexmark and SATO.

During the growth of PCI we have incorporated an in house technical support department, refurbish department, and parts department.  As a result we set ourselves apart from the competition by not only selling product to our customers but supporting our customers throughout the ownership process.  At PCI we pride ourselves in customer service by being the “go to” for printers and all things printer related; therefore taking that burden off our customers.  We stock New and Refurbished printers, supplies, and parts in our Fort Worth location; therefore being able to offer a centrally located hub to our customers reducing the cost of shipping as well as down time due to trans-it.

PCI Solutions is a new unit of Printer Connection Inc. PCI Solutions offers integration and delivery of information, forms and documents, whether by printed or non-printed methods. The Solutions unit specializes in the issues surrounding the flow of information — the re-engineering of electronic input and output. Solutions include printer management, electronic forms, mobile device delivery, output re-design and workflow dynamics.
